it seems the place lacks disrespect for paying clients. I was reading all the reviews, and agree with all the complaints. Had billing issues and a lack of care. If you move up the ladder to get speedier service, the upper in command will just pass you back down the totem pole without helping you, or for that, speaking to you! You try to reach the owners, and they don't even call you back! If they don't care, then I guess I shouldn't either. I dropped my membership last month! Feel sorry for the couple of good front desk employees and (the cleaning lady) that work there, because they seem to have upper management clowns run the place with their lack of experience, without the owners catching it to run amok!

I am disappointed with Gold Gym Woodinville's deceptive membership tactics. It has the stink of a bait and switch scam. Membership employees are taught to ploy unsuspecting "potential" members into signing long term contacts without an escape cause. Then when unfortunate circumstance prevent attendance, Gold's will send you to collections and expected a full year's membership payment. I'm very disappointed in their service.
