From the moment I walked in I never felt that the staff was desperate for a gym membership sell. The sales staff is friendly and ready to show you around, introduce you to other staff and get you setup with a consultation with a Trained, educated personal trainer. There was never any talk about money or memberships. The sales staff was so confident I would like it they gave me a trial week and appointment with one of the personal trainers (Ask for Jake) . After that I was ready to join and membership is reasonable for all you get. Two payments a month so it didn't hit my account fir the full monthly rate. The staff is eager to work with you and figure out the best plan. Even when I was not able to pay for my membership because of layoffs at work Gold's understood and let me put a freeze on the account until I wanted to start up again. I didn't want to quit but I couldn't make my payment. I appreciate the assistance the staff and managers gave. I have had other memberships to gyms in the Tulsa area and when I had some problem those gyms never offered any assistance. I will keep going to this gym in Broken Arrow until they decide to close the doors, which I hope is not anytime soon.
