Evil! hese guys are weasels. They lied to my wife and got her to sign a "one-year" commitment at $15 per month. We ended up spending $412.99. They freaking altered her contract, and we lost the original so were screwed. They were horrible, rude, and gave no iota of decency. Stay away for the love of all things holy.

The GM running the place last summer when we signed up was great & the staff was cool. He's no longer there & things aren't the same. My wife was on an elliptical machine last week when one of the trainers was walking an older woman around showing her the place. He reached over my wife & starts changing options on her machine. My wife was shocked and intimidated and didn't know what to say. He asked her, "How much longer do you have". She replied, "5 minutes". He said, "Good". He changed her setting from interval to hill, then changed the time setting to 10 minutes and said, "Now you don't move, you stay here" and walked away. My wife did the 5 minutes she had to do and started to leave. The guy put his hand on her shoulder and said, "Hey wait, you didn't do 10 minutes". She told him she was leaving and then he said, "I'll remember who you are!" I went the next morning to talk to someone about it but was informed that there's no longer a GM, just an owner (who's not there) and the operations manager (she was who I was speaking with). I explained to her what happened and that I didn't want to have that happen ever again. She never once looked up at me the whole time I was talking until the end to say "I'll take care of it." She asked for my wife's name - not sure what that was going to do. Now when I'm in there I catch the trainer looking at me. Going to get a copy of my contract and see about canceling.

Managers Quote "Nobody can touch me F*GGOT!" Forget the older reviews for the gym, we now have new owners. What happen? False Advertisement and a Hostile Atmosphere. Never experienced several employees yelling and swearing at me before, had to watch my back as I left. BAD BUSINESS!

Very poor customer service, mediocre facilities and pushy aggressive tatics from employees that are borderline threatening... They trap you into your contract and make it very difficult to cancel your account even after it has expired... They will only accept a registered letter and when asked if I cancel in person was told no you must send a registered letter, after calling them out on hiding behind the small print of a contract to trap customers and pointing out in their contract it says you can cancel in person I was told I could only do it at 7pm at night..

I checked out many gyms before joining this one. The facility is large and clean and never feels crowded; there is a wide variety of exercise equipment and classes; plus an entire floor for the serious weight-lifter. Also, the staff is helpful and friendly. This is a great gym for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, and it is an exceptional value. I feel very comfortable here (I am a middle-age woman in average condition), and I recommend giving it a try.
