Bad customer service.

I just called they Golf and Tennis World in San Jose.\rI asked the man who answered, ""Hello. Is this Golf and Tennis World?""\rHe said yes.\rSo then i asked, ""I was wondering if I could find out the balance of a gift card I have?""\rThen he answered, ""Sorry were closed."" And just hung up. Just like that. Then I asked myself, What kind of service is that???
