Just left with a Tahoe and I have 3 reasons you should go. #1 - They aren't going to make you spend money you don't need too. I was riding on my spare. When I got there I explained to them that I wanted my regular rim put back on my truck & to replace the tire on it with a used tire from their shop. I also wanted the spare I was riding on put back under my truck. He told me I had 2 good tires and had no need to waste my money. He did not know that the tire on my regular rim had an unrepeatable nail in it and that is why I wasn't riding on it in the first place. However, after I told him that he understood - Anyway that was my first point, they aren't going to make you spend extra money. After that he asked me why I did not want to use the tire on my spare rim and put it on my regular rim. I told him it did not have the white letters like my other tires. He said it did, went and cleaned the tire to reveal WHITE LETTERS. He said your tire is just dirty. WOW. Did not know that. So I took his recommendation let him work his magic. #2 They are very nice at the shop. During my conversation they were very nice and customer oriented. #3 GREAT customer service: After my truck was done, my son asked me to release the child lock on my door, well I did and all the sudden my door wouldn't close! The same guy came and asked me what was going on, I told him and he fixed it in seconds at no charge.

I took my chrysler LHS, picked up a pair of tires and thought, since I swapped my struts, tie rods and control arms, I might as well get an alignment there. I soon found out that I knew more about aligning my particular car than Mark the technician. So I told him to cancel the alignment after I saw him using a pair of vice grip pliers on the adjustment sleeve instead of the special sleeve adjusting tool. Once I got home I checked my suspension parts and found out that this scumbag only finger tightened the tie rod castle nut without replacing the pin. For the not so mechanically inclined, if the tie rod disengaged from the strut while I was on the highway, the strut and tire would have no restriction and would float around like a shopping cart wheel. If I didn't check the parts yesterday. I wouldn't have been alive today to write these lines. As for the price and quality of tires, I've had better and I've had worse. What a scumbag.

Good service, Good tires, although don't expect to get 4 matching tires if you need a set (of used tires anyway). However, I found 4 good tires (2Goodyear, Michelin, Hancook) with similar tread pattern, mounted for 175.00. Also removed old spare and put on another (from prior set)as part of service. Good alternative to paying 600.00 and these tires will last me another 25k-30k with proper rotation, if not more.

I needed to buy a set of tires and due to the way the economy has affected my business, I reluctantly decided to purchase a set of used tires. I went to a couple of places only to leave disappointed. I found this company on Kudzu and went there. Omar helped me and found a fantastic full set of Michelins for my SUV. They mounted and balanced them and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I saved several hundred dollars. My car drives like new! Super quality, service and value. I highly recommend!
