Why litigate when you can remain friends?, 9/21/2011

I never dreamed that I would write an attorney a “Thank You” note but my conscience compels me to do so because you did such a wonderful job in mediating a peaceful divorce between my wife and me. ... You were so deft in the way you navigated through the minefield of our (sometimes) irrational feelings and selfish demands in putting together a settlement that was fair and balanced for both of us. My ex and I agree that because of you, we’re able to remain good friends for the rest of our lives.
