This is the only place for normal maintenance and oil changes that we take our vehicles to. As a woman, (who used to manage an oil change center, so knows a little bit about cars) I don't ever feel that they are trying to "con" me into un-needed services. Even when I've asked them if air filter needed to be changed (an easy add on revenue for them) they've been honest in telling me that I don't need one this particular time. I do keep an eye on them when I chose synthetic oil, only because they so rarely get requests for synthetic oil changes, that the technicians reach for the regular oil out of habit. Now I just bring in my own Mobil 1. They can be pricy on things such as wiper blades and air filters, so I just go to Auto Zone and purchase those myself to change. Great guys all around, I love having a place I can trust.

I once received a quote from a Nissan dealer for $1500 to fix my *major* brake issue. These guys checked it and said most of the quote was unnecessary. They fixed it perfectly for $300. Why the bad rating? The last time I used them they charged me $400 to fix one problem before they could "diagnose" the other problem. Then they charged me another $500 to fix that problem, which duplicated much of the same labor of the first repair even though I told them what the issue was. On top of all this, my AC stopped working after they worked on it. I took it to another shop that found Goodyear had left the AC cabling DISCONNECTED. I will never use them again.
