On arrival, I checked in and was told my oil change would take 1.5 hrs. I said that seemed like a long time (there wasn't a wait and I had an appointment). The guy at the desk just responded with "this isn't quick lube". During the process, the only thing discussed was if I had a timing belt replaced. There was no discussion of my car's status or fluids. After my car was completed, I was not notified that it was done (I was on-site). When I went to ask, my order and keys were sitting on the counter. I was not greeted, or thanked during the process. I signed off and was handed a receipt. It's an odd place and the desk staff are unfriendly. I will not be back!

I want to start by asking the guy before me what he was thinking? If you bought tires from another retailer and they did the same thing, how is it this store's fault? The new retailer would have aligned them when they put them on so anything done at this store would be invalid... Anyway! I love this team, I use all their locations. I have my favorite but I have used some others for my kids cars that are more convenient for them. I trust them with all of our cars and always feel like I am treated honestly and not over-sold. That's big for me, especially because I am a woman and we can get treated badly in this business sometimes.

I took an appointment with this Goodyear location in October, 2009 for a wheel alignment and had to wait 1.5 hours for my turn to come before they started on alignment for my car. Within 4 months of getting the alignment done rear tires of my car were almost completely bald (these were relatively new BFGoodrich highly rated tires with approx. 18,000 miles on them). I purchased a set of new tires from another retailer and they too wore out within 5 months. I will never get any service done from them EVER!!!

I have been a customer of Goodyear for around 10 years or more. However, at this particular location I have encountered the worst customer service from their employees. They called and told me my vehicle was ready, so when I get there I find out my paperwork wasn't completed and I had to sit around and wait for them to type it up. They ignore you when you ask questions and are vague with any kind of answers. If you are going to go to a Goodyear store I recommend skipping this one and going to the other location on Holcomb Bride Road.
