I have a 97 Dodge Neon, so its got a few miles on it, though its still under 100,000. My sister had recently driven it to Florida to visit friends. When she brought it back, it was having a few problems. We took the car into this Goodyear, and they told us it was a few different things, coming to over $400. I couldn't afford that right then, so I had to leave. When I got home, I noticed there was water shooting out from the front of the car. I took it to a shop recommended to me by a friend, and it turns out that there was a hole in my radiator! Goodyear didn't even mention anything to do with the radiator! I'm just glad that I didn't let them do the work on my car. I will NEVER trust them with my vehicles again!

I have taken my business there several times, 2 vehicles for oil change, tire rotation and alignment, and brake service. They are efficient, courteous and polite. The mechanic even informed me of a transmission leak that I was unaware of so I could take it to the dealer to be fixed before my warranty ran out. They are truly about good business and not just to take your money!
