Highly Recommended - Great Job!
My carpets are SO clean. No odor. I feel like I live in a palace after Krystal did such a great job! She explained & recommended having my air ducts cleaned due to air filtration.

Great Job Krystle
Krystle did a great job cleaning my carpet. There were no signs of pet stains and the carpet looks brand new! She was very helpful on explaining how to keep the carpet clean in the future and advised solutions that were pet friendly.

Very Pleased!
I learned of "Got Carpets" through Groupon coupon and was a little skeptical. But, when Got Carpet came they did a excellent job. My son had some very tough stains on his carpet and they were able to get them up and the carpet looked new and spelled new & fresh. I will refer Krystle & her crew to everyone I know. Good professional service. I'm very pleased!

carpet cleaning experience
Krystal at Got Carpets provided immediate and thorough responses when I emailed her. Once we established a day and time for the cleaning, she was prompted and called ahead to let me know she was on her way. Very quick and addressed all the problem areas. In less than two hours they were done and the carpets look new again. Great job!!! I highly recommend their services and would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone needing professional carpet cleaning.

Great, thorough, very professional cleaning!
We had all our house carpets cleaned yesterday. We were very impressed with Krystal's expertise, neatness and diligence! All our carpets look like new again. We ended up paying more than expected from Amazon's "deal of the day" because we didn't read the fine print about room size covered, but Krystal was fair about explaining everything. She did not pressure us to purchase anything over the Amazon deal, but we're glad we did! We highly recommend Got Carpets!
