Got Critters

Ken was recently at my house in Roswell. Squirrels had worked their way into the roof. After Ken, no more squirrels.

Ken is the best! He is personable, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and brave! He got rid of the bats in my attic and then sealed it so other critters couldn't get in. I have referred him to many neighbors and they all had good things to say about him, too!

I would never do business with this person no mater what even if I had a lion in my house. Ken the owner is uneducated and speaks to people in a manner that is uncalled for. Their are small business in the same field that treat people with respect. Do your self a favor and call someone that is thankful to have your hard earn money and not one that is fake and rude

I had a rat problem Ken came out fixed it.They found another way in, he came back no charge fixed it again. Always prompt never questions anything .Most importantly never asked for money up front! Stands behind his work.

We were referred to Ken and his company from friends. He assured us he could seal our attic and prevent further critters from getting in. We even paid him the full amount up front since we would not be here when the work was to be performed. Ever since the work was performed, we continued to hear the noises in the attic. He refused to come back, instead asking us to recheck the attic ourselves and place peanut butter up there to check to see if there were animals. This was after his work was "guaranteed". After numerous calls, I had another company come, who told me the attic was never properly sealed, and we had three squirrels living in there. His work and guarantee aren't worth a thing, and we were highly disappointed.
