Grady Dental Care

What an incredible staff staff they have at Grady Dental. I have 3 dentist in my family but for geography reasons can no longer see them. For that reason, it always makes me a little skeptical to go elsewhere. I have now have preventative and oral surgery performed and it was amazing. The practice is beautiful, the staff is so patient centric, has a competencies level off the charts and Genny who runs the practice is a sweetheart and the consummate professional. I cannot rate this practice high enough. Steve N.

If I could give ZERO stars to these preditors,I would. I went for a cleaning and this dentist said i needed a filling. Trusting him, I agreed. Next thing I knew I was in SEVERE chronic pain. Concerned, I contacted the office numerous time and they kept telling me the pain would subside after "a while". It NEVER did. When I returned to the dentist regarding the pain from his filling performance, he then told me I "must need a crown", just like that. I was surprised considering my tooth was fine before he drilled into it in the first place but agreed because I could not stand the pain anymore. After the crown, the pain was unmanageable. I contacted the dentist but he wanted nothing more to do with me. He and the staff dismissed me and when they would not help me I asked for my $ back, only to be verbally assaulted by his staff!! Correcting the damage this guy did to my mouth by drilling too deep into the nerve has been a nightmare. Don’t go herethey will destroy your mouth, take your money and abuse you. Go to a dentist with integrity and who is competant....

Dr. Grady and his staff are super friendly and wonderful all around. They make my family feel at home everytime we have to go in the office. We live in south GA and its about 65 miles for us to get to the office and I will never change because of the kind and caring people that Dr. Grady and his staff are! The Normandeau Family

After going to Grady Dental since they were located off Abbotts Bridge Rd years ago, this office seems to be more about money than about customers. The staff quoted under $100 for composite filling co-pays (after checking twice with my insurance company). Then, they charged me over 2/3rds more because the insurance company downgraded them to silver fillings. When I said that the office was supposed to check, they said they didn't get that information for us. My mother has worked in the dental industry for decades so I know that was crap. The office staff did not apologize, did not offer to even look into it and when I said I would pay but they could take my husband and myself off their list, they responded with "so you would like us to cancel all upcoming appointments?" The almighty dollar has corrupted another formerly good office.

I stayed away from the dentist for years because I was afraid and embarrassed of my mouth. The hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Grady made me feel very comfortable. They both explained everything and were patient with me. The front desk confirmed my insurance and confirmed my appointment by email. I would definitely recommend this office.
