My experience tip top from start to finish! From initial phone call, designer (Christy)visit, contact by PM (Steve) after placing order, template to final installation. First rate service, professional and friendly. On time arrivals and when template made Steve even called to say he waw running ahead of schedule for permission to arrive early. I'm saving up for next phase of kitchen re-do with these folks!

Saw the company at the Atlanta home show about 2years before we decided to do something with our counter top. Great product. Everyone we dealt with in the company was very professional. Would highly recommend Granite Transformations to anyone looking to change their counter and or backsplash. Super job

These guys rock! I was trying to be Bob Villa and realized I suck at home improvement. These guys totally came to my rescue! They were quick, affordable, and professional... not to mention my kitchen looks like a million bucks. I would totally recommend this company to my friends and family. I ended up having them install new countertops, backsplash and cabinets and they all look awesome!

My wife and I are THRILLED with the decision to go with GT. We did kitchen and master bath and constantly ask each other why we didn't do this early. Installation crew was extremely professional, on time, and CLEAN. We even visited the showroom and the owner and everyone we met was very nice. Thanks, GT!

I saw GT at a home show a few years back, really liked the White Copper from their TrendGlass collection. Which is 10 times better looking in person then on the web site. I hunted big box stores for years, and never saw any granite I liked half as much. Called GT early this month. Salesman did full pitch but I was sold before he walked in. Looked at all samples and picked -- White Copper, less then 2 weeks later they are in, they are GREAT, they SHINE, they changed the room dramatically. I even did the inside of the look-through for the breakfast bar - a first for them and what a great look for me. I can not begin to say how pleased I am with GT. AND let me assure you that they will not get damaged! How do I know that you ask? Because their glue gun blew up and I do mean BLEW UP in the middle of the install, black soot in a 3 inch circle on the new counter. OMG! was my first reaction, but I learned real quick, never fear with a GT counter top, as it wiped right off... yes I said it WIPED right off - no bubbles, no cracks or no burn marks, no warping, no nothing, Just a perfect counter top. The only minor downside was that I felt the installers' helper was fishing for a tip and it seemed that the boss guy was a bit uncomfortable with his hints.. Other then that I'm thrilled beyond belief

Granite transformation installed my counter-tops about a year ago, but I recently purchased a new refrigerator. The new refrigerator was too wide for the space. I called the company Friday afternoon and their installer came Monday morning to trim the edge. I found the workmanship and service absolutely top-notch. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

My husband and I decided to put our house on the market and needed to quickly upgrade our kitchen without the long down time of typical renovations. We called Granite Transformations located off DeKalb Technology Pkwy and a representative was at our house by the end of the week. We met the rep at our house during our lunch breaks and spent about 45 minutes learning more about the products and services available, picked out a granite and that was it. The next week, I went to work and when I returned at the end of the day our countertops we beautifully done! The area was clean. All I had to do was put our appliances back on the counter! SO simple! Our house sold and we had many compliments during showings how nice our kitchen looked. I would recommend them to anyone as the staff is professional, easy to work with and the quality products are reasonably priced. I look forward to using them again in our new home!

I recently had my kitchen cabinets redone by Granite Transformations and I am throughly pleased. They look fantastic. The service was efficent, on time, and friendly. Steve, the project manager, was very knowledgable and helpful. GT was very cost efficent also. I had researched some other companies before going with GT and they were by far the most economical. I highly recommend GT-- you will not be disappointed with the quality of work, price, efficiency, and helpful service.

We had our kitchen and bathroom counters done by Granite Transformations for Christmas and we love them. They did a wonderful job, were very timely and professional and the price was great. Our kitchen and bathroom look like completely new rooms-- we could not be happier. I definitely recommend Granite Transformations for anyone renovating their house.

I had some issues with my granite countertops in my previous house so I wanted something different. I wasn't sure if this stone would look as good but I went down to their showroom and loved what I saw. They were not the cheapest quote but in my opinion worth the extra dollars....good communication and they finished the whole kitchen in a day.

I found this company through an ad and contacted them and 2 other granite installation companies. As a single person who works long hours its hard for me to make the time to be home for these projects, but I could no longer stand my 20 year old, outdated kitchen and master bath counters. From the beginning, the customer service and communication were excellent. They accommodated my schedule and promised that the job would be completed in one day; whereas, the other companies said with tear out and installation the job could take up to 5 days (My neighbors had a kitchen redone and their contractor said it would take 2 days and it took a full week so I was skeptical). I went to work in the morning and let the installers in - when I got back home at 7:00PM, they were finished. I'm very happy with the product and feel it was definitely worth the money.

Granite Transformations remodel our kitchen about 6 years ago and we loved it! Their team was great. Then recently we moved into a new house and needed to get 3 bathrooms updated...Master, Guest and one in the basement. So we called them again. And again we were impressed with their work. Also did I mention my wife was pregnant and we wanted this done before the due date. They accommodated our crazy schedule. Thanks guys!

I was so dissapointed at how much money this product costs. I went to the showroom and was not told any price. They state it is based on the job...but they say they are less expensive than granite slab countertops. After waiting 3 days someone finally called to schedule an estimate. The soonest they could come was about 2.5 weeks...but I thought the wait would be worth it, because it was suppose to be less than granite. Their product is a very thin mix of granite and poly-something that can fit over your counter. I have about 32 sq. ft of counters needed. The estimate was $3025.00. Wow I could have a big name retail store do 2 kitchens for that price with real granite. I had to laugh in front of the salesman, I could not believe I waited 3 weeks just to be told it was 3 times the price of a granite slab countertop.

Care_ahhh thank you for the review. We are always trying to improve our service. Sorry for the wait but we do have a high demand on appointments. Our customers tell us once the countertops, backsplash, or cabinets are refaced that it was definitely worth the wait. I cannot comment on big box service, quality or price but I hope everything went well for you. Our product is an engineered stone and with such a wide range of granite colors/grades and so many different companies or individuals who install granite it is tough to compare price. I know a lot of times tear-out, tax, sink, yearly maintenance, cut outs and plumbing may not be included in their quotes. Also they outsource the granite installation, plumbing and customers may have to do their own caulking. GT is turn-key from template to plumbing and you get a warranty. If you did go with a big box store I was wondering if you can send me your review on your experience with them? firstname.lastname@example.org
