Whats going on here !!
As the owner of Grassland Power, I am not sure what this posting is all about. Must be talking about some other company, mower and customer.Georgia Turf & Tractor has been closed for over a year now. This mower could not have possibly been repaired by them in May of 2011.If I have some accurate feedback to the posting below, I would love to respond.Thanks happy mowing.Jeff ThompsonCEOGrassland Power, Inc.....

not an authorized service center
I took my working Honda mower in for yearly service. It came back broken. It would not run at all when I lifted out of the truck. I was told that the repair would be too costly and I was offered a refund of 1/3 of the $ I paid for the repair for my mower, and they got to keep the mower. I took my mower to an authorized service center (GA Turf) and $130 later got my working mower back. Best case, these guys are incompetent. Worst case...

Helped to have read Kudzu in advance
I used another repair shop previously, but this was much closer to my house. When I asked price, they said about $95. Told them I couldn't do "about" when I have read these reviews. They said +/- 10%. Picked it up. $99. Work performed was exceptional.

Worst Ever
Brought a 1 year old back pack blower in for repair. They could not repair under warranty. Went to pick up gave it to me in a million pieces in a box and charged me $55.00. This is unheard of in the industry for a repair shop to charge you a diagnostic fee and refuse to put it together.
I can not take the unit to an authorized dealer now as it is in pieces and negates the warranty.
Tim the shop manager not only did not care he told me it was an additional $150.00 to put it together.
Scam, Scam! You can only get away with this a few times before people get what your about.
