Who ever posted this review is a joke. I have been in business for over 20 years and have ALWAYS stood behind my work or I would not have been in business for OVER 20 YEARS! I have always been a man of my word. My company does great work and I have found in this line of work there are always going to be someone out there who you can't please but I always go the extra mile to at least try to please everyone no matter what the situation may be. I have also found that there are people who are so full of jealousy that they are vendictive enough to write such reviews as this one here which pertains to no business dealings whatsoever.
We hired them to replace the concrete around our inground pool, which started the worst contracting nightmare story we could ever have imagined. On day one of the project, we returned home to find our pool had been drained and our 2 year old liner was removed without our consent or knowledge. Gray and son did subcontract with a pool company to have the liner rehung, however, the liner was reinstalled improperly and leaked. Long story short, we had to replace the liner at a cost of $2500 (all of which we had to pay). We are in the midst of attempting to get resolution through the BBB. Be cautious and check out their history on the BBB website. We're sorry we didn't. To top it all off, the concrete is cracking in several places.

When we did this job we contracted to do the concrete around the pool, which we were doing a cantilever coping and the homeowners were well aware that in order to do a cantilever coping the liner had to come out! These people knew at the time we didn't do pools so we contracted out the liner through a qualified pool company. What ever the problem may have been with the liner was not our company's problem this should have been taken up with the pool company. As far as the concrete cracking, we can't prevent concrete from cracking nor do we warranty concrete not to crack. We take all necessary precautions to try and prevent the concrete from cracking but due to the causes & effects of mother nature this we can not control. At the end of the day you do everything you can and there are still those people that no matter what you do you can not please.
