Don't understand all the rave review's
I chose this company based on all the good reviews, however they haven't turned out so great.
Went to their store and that was good, they were helpful and pleasant, Marc gave me a quote there and then for a carpet I liked. I arranged an appointment to have the rooms measured and left.
The day of the appointment I took time off work to meet Marc at my house, but 10 minutes before his arrival he called saying their "system was down" and he would have to reschedule when it was back up, and that he would call me when he could. A week went by with no call so I called them back. The woman on the phone acted like they had never heard of me when I explained the situation, and just said do you want us to come out? So I rescheduled for the following week, and took more time off work to meet Marc. He did show up this time but seemed to have an attitude and acted like he couldn't wait to leave. I asked him for a price on the carpet he had samples of and he said he couldn't give me a price as he had to go back to the office to work it all out (yet before he had given me a price without even measuring). He then asked when I wanted it done and I said as soon as possible, he promised to email me a quote by the following day and left. I haven't heard a word from them since and that was 2 weeks ago!!! Going with Home Depot now. They have since contacted me and had emailed the wrong address.
