Great American Floors

We had the floors in our entrance, hallway, kitchen and breakfast nook changed over from Spanish tile to white oak hardwoods to match our living and dining room.

From the initial meeting with Jason, to the end of the project, we were informed at every step of the way and the entire operation went smoothly and efficiently. The team was attentive to our needs and left the workplace in a clean and organized fashion at the end of each workday. The final product looks great and closely matches our existing floor - just as advertised. The quoted price (which was competitive and fair) was what we ended up paying for the job.

If we need more floor work done we would strongly consider use Great American Floors for the job. Highly recommended!

As a realtor, I often recommend new carpet or flooring to quickly sell a home. Great American Flooring sells every price range for what I need and are prompt, helpful with the selection and quickly do a great job. I have used them for over 20 years.

As a residential real estate agent in Atlanta for over 25 years, I have had a great deal of experience with vendors related to home building and remodeling Great American Floors has been my exclusive floor vendor for the past 8 years. Most buyers and sellers consider their realtor a great resource for recommendations when they have needs involving their home. Whenever I refer a vendor to a client, my only requirement is that the vendor make me 'look good' for having recommended them. Great American Floors always makes me look fabulous! In this challenging real estate environment, I often advise my sellers to make improvements before putting their home on the market. An investment in flooring when selling will usually result in a shorter time on the market and a higher sale price for the owner. Great American Floors is a family owned and operated company with experienced staff from top to bottom. I would not consider using or referring another flooring company in Atlanta- in a word-they're GREAT!.

Scheduled estimate, did not receive confirmation call to verify address and time. I called them day of appt, 15 minutes before they were due to show up. Rep said that worker was on the way. Rep called back 10 minutes later to say that they had the wrong address and were 47 miles away from my address! Rep explained that they didn't realize how far I lived, they usually don't go beyond a 20 mile radius. Offered to come out 5 days later to do the estimate, this was pushed that far out again because of the long distance. I understand distance restrictions and companies are entitled to do that, however, I would have appreciated some type of feedback beforehand. And of course, if I was informed of this distance restriction, I would have never scheduled. Great American Floors, I highly recommend having some type of confirmation at least 1 day before a scheduled appt. This way, you won't disrupt a potential client's day.

Marc and his crew at Great American Floors just finished an amazing job at my house. We had both the hardwoods refinished and all the carpeting replaced for an unbelievable price. I could not be happier with the result. The hardwood and carpet crews were really amazing - respectful, on time, and moved all of my furniture back in the exact spot it was before they did all the work on our floors. The hardwoods are shining with a great new stain color and the carpet smell so fresh! I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Great American Floors.
