Avoid Asian lady. She has no clue how to cut hair. Razored my hair and it was totally uneven. Had another trim my hair and walked out almost 3 inches shorter! Noone listens, pictures dont' help. They should all give up their licenses! If I did my own it would come out better.

My family has been coming here for about a year now and we always get *great* haircuts! The do listen carefully to you and care very much about making their customers happy. For a brief time I began going to a very high priced salon nearby, but I found that even though the haircut took twice as long at the "salon" it wasn't at all *better*. In fact, it was left too long all around and a couple weeks later I needed another trim and some texturizing too lighten the weight of it. At Great Clips, my stylist listened very carefully to me (about growing out an old cut, and what my eventual goal was) and then gave me a spectacular cut that worked very well for me...even though I was in this "in-between" stage of growing out a short, layered cut. I actually don't like sitting in a chair for an hour just for a haircut, so I'm soooo happy to be in and out in 20 minutes or so. I am saving so much money now, not going to the high priced salon. The value is unbelievable! Just GO. I've never had a "bad" haircut yet, and neither has my husband or daughter.

My wife and I have been going to this store for several years to have our hair cut. We have always been very pleased with the service. They are well located in Lakeland Plaza, have convenient hours, and a friendly staff. Ask for Joy - she does an excellent job!

I walked in, about a month ago, two were out front smoking and one was cutting hair. I was never greeted and the ladies were very rude. I just needed my bangs trimmed and she cut them way past my eye brows. They are very rude and don't listen to their customers.
