My kids and I have been going to Great Expressions in Kennesaw for over fifteen years and we have always received excellent care and service from Dr. Patel and his very friendly and professional staff. I have had an implant as well as several crowns done by Dr. Patel and have been exceptionally pleased with his work! Very happy here and I highly recommend!

Their billing has errors. The schedule appointments when their closed. They left me in a chair with novacaine for over an hour, my filling fell out 2 weeks later. LEFT THAT PLACE & WON'T EVER GO BACK.

On initial visit for a broken tooth they told me I had to pay over $400 up front and would need to pay another $800 before the final treatment. When I went back they said it would be $1200 after challenging they went back to the original. Then in the operation the dentist had me in so much pain i was screaming. She took no care to apply pain kill or wait for it to work. Her name is Andu she should have her license removed. HORRIFIC place RUN AWAY.

Stay away from this place. We went to the Aetna DMO to save money but am switching back to the PPO program even though it costs more. By the time they bill you incorrectly and nickel and dime you, you spend the same amount.

They told me i had gum disease so they put me on a periodontal maintenance plan which cost me at least $200+ a visit. Plus the last time i was there they wanted to put a filling in one of my teeth and that is when i got suspicious. So i changed dentist and i just got back and the new dentist said i had no problems with my gums or teeth. No cavities or anything. Don't know what the Great Expressions people were looking at but my teeth are fine and I am glad that I left them. Do not go to this dentist or if you do beware of the charges.

These folks told both me and my wife that we needed a deep cleaning and they wanted $488 each for it even with our insurance. I checked my policy and the cost was supposed to be $62 each. They said that the $62 did not include their kit that they insist you buy that has a fancy toothbrush in it. I told them I did not want the kit, but they would not clean my teeth unless I got it. I asked for just a regular cleaning and they would not do that either. They tried to sell me the old line that it's the law that they can't do a regular cleaning if you need a deep cleaning. What bull! Also, you can expect a different dentist every time you go. Their dentists come and go like a summer breeze. Sometimes you get a good dentist and sometimes you don't. After a year of this I have decided to change dentists.
