The dentists and office staff turn over every 6 months. I have been fighting with them over an incorrect charge for over four years, and have to start over every time there is a change in personnel. It's now in collections and I will probably end up paying it just to keep it off the credit report, but I am mad as heck about that.

My wife had a routine cleaning at Great Expressions. They were unable to properly diagnose her tooth ailments. Then, they took one and a half years to submit the claim. They were unable to return phone calls in order to answer the most routine of questions. They were unable to communicate with our insurance and were unwilling to resolve the outstanding balance. The dentist and receptionist leave much to be desired

They cancelled our apts for my family twice in one week, they lost the family reocords. When we complained they told us deal with it, not our problem we do not take ownership for this. Office manager at this location is unprofessional. The whole company has the attitude not my problem. The problem is you and not us!
