I went to have a tooth filled, they said they could not save it.The dentist took it out, and then tried to get me to pay 3,500.00 for a crown after insurence paid. They stood over you while you were in the chair, and this lady came in with all these fees. They wanted you to pay right then to cont. with your service. I was there for 4 hours before I could leave. This place needs to be shut down.

Went here because of a dental emergency and they were listed as an Aetna provider. They overbilled from the start, tried to make us buy unneeded dental equipment, would not transfer x-rays to another dentist the next week, and have since re-billed for new charges that our insurance provider says are excessive and unwarranted. BEWARE!

Do not use this dentist. They are unprofessional, have poor customer service, and dishonest in their billing practices. They would tell us one thing about our extremely high basic cleaning bill, while our insurance would tell us another thing. Also, they got my records mixed up with another patients and tried to charge me for her bills as well. One cleaning turned into a year of being on hold for 30 minutes with their accountant and asking them repeatedly to submit basic information that our insurance needed to fill the claim. Additionally they told us that we had multiple cavities that magically disappeared when we changed dentists. I can honestly say we would have done better to go without dental care for a year than to go to these people.

I don't even know where to begin. Our first visit was a our regular 6 month cleaning after moving to Lawrenceville. They promptly told my wife she needed a root canal that would cost $1200 after insurance, so we trusted them. They also said her mouth guard (from another dentist) wasn't appropriate and we should buy theirs for over $1000. After the root canal and our cleanings they gave us mouth wash and then on our bill they charged us $39 each for using mouth wash. Our bill was over $1500 and all we wanted was cleanings. Our second visit (for a 6 month cleaning) they said she needed another root canal, I might need a root canal and 5 other problems and gave us estimates totalling around $3500 (AFTER INSURANCE). We ran out never to return again.

Avoid this office at all costs. Went to them and was told I had 6 fillings, then was told by another dentist that they could see little or no cavities in the fillings that I received. They are very unprofessional, unsanitary, and rude. The dentist that worked at the time of my visit was very inexperienced and incompetent. To make matters worse, the fillings felt like sandpaper and one actually fell out! I would not recommend this office to my dog!!

Had to wait 2 weeks with broken tooth for appt--hence, an absess. First dentist I saw couldn't do root canal. Made appt for following day--that dentist did not show up. 1 week later--did not numb properly, caused horrible pain during procedure, dentist was very rude to me, job was completely botched. I spent three days in pain and I had to pay full price at an endodontist to have it completely redone!

I went to this dentist because of my insurance, but I have had two different issues with billing where the insurance company paid them and I paid them and they either would not refund my money or wanted to charge me for what the insurance company paid. The last time I was there, the dentist was very rude to the hygenist right in front of me. When I switched to a different dentist, I asked for my records, and they gave me 1 x-ray from 3 years ago, that was it! Their customer service skills are terrible!
