Great Outdoors Landscaping and Jeff Tucker were, by far, the worst experience I have had with a business. He was hired to install a short paver walkway- a 2 day job. Initially, dirt was removed-several loads of red dirt were spread out in my back yard. Unbelievable! For 2+ weeks, little work was done outside of the initial hole. When asked for an update, Tucker responded that I was "complaining" and he had nothing but excuses. After a month of having a dirt hole by my driveway, it was finish or I would hire someone else. More excuses and a horrible attitude. He found a sub to do a hack job. Pavers not close to lining up, broken pavers installed, backfilled with red dirt without border pavers, and looked absolutely horrible. They completely ruined the finish of a brand new concrete drive by piling/cutting pavers, and mixing mortar directly on it with no protection. They piled dirt on my yard for 5 weeks, ruining the grass. If I could post the pics and emails, I would - happy to email them. The contractor who had to fix their work was amazed. The damage they did will cost much more than the cost of the walkway, and they will soon get the bill. The only thing worse than the work was Tucker's horrible and disappointing attitude throughout. He KNEW it was a horrible job yet was as unprofessional as he could have been, with no concern whatsoever about the quality of his work, or his honesty or integrity in a solution. He just had a horrible work product and excuses.

I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to do to my yard. Jeff, and the good folks at Great Outdoors came out, took my idea and ran with it. They cast the vision, recommended the right shrubs, sod, and trees, and as a result: the yard looks great! I'm really impressed with the repaired retaining wall. They really helped me "up the bar" on Clay Street, and as a result, all my neighbors have been put on notice. ;) Thank you Great Outdoors Landscaping!
