Another pleased customer!
Reggie arrived on time, and was very thorough in servicing of both my HVAC units. He identified potential problems areas and provided reasonable suggestions for improvement. I will more than likely use Great Works for my HVAC maintenance and service!

Professional and Pleasant
From the initial communication on setting the appointment to the arrival, Great Works was very considerate and respectful of my time. Reggie was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond with our tune-up. Would recommend to use and will definitely call again when needed.

Fantastic service and quality work

Reliable, Knowledgeable and Great Customer Service
Great Works Heating & Air is the Best!!! I am so thankful my family does not have to be miserable this summer. What we thought was the problem turned out to be something else but with Reggie being so skillful he knew what was wrong and fixed it. He also made recommendations to save on energy expenses that we were not aware of. Keep up the good work! One happy customer:)
