Terible, terbile credit union. I have never had such a bad experience with any financial insitution before. You have to wait in line for about 15-20 mins to get to a teller. I went in to add my spouse to my acct and order checks and I found out a week later that he was never added and checks were not ordered. I got fed up and tried to close my acct and they want to charge me a $10 fee to close. Terible service. You can never talk to anyone. Whenever you call, you have to wait a long time before they will get to you (ie. on hold and are # 5 in line). Oh, I wanted to open the acct on 2/28 and they wanted to charge me a $6 fee because I hadn't had a direct deposit go into my account for the month of Feb. I wish I would have never walked in the door. They even want me to pay them just to leave!

With so many banks to choose from do not go here! Customer service is the worst, when there is an error to your account (which there will be if you bank there long enough) good luck getting anyone to help you. We have excellent credit, do not bounce checks and still treated like we were criminals. Please do not bank here find a nice bank with nice people who actually want to help you.

this company is the worst company i have ever seen and there business pratices border criminal, beware dont give them any of your business and there customer service is by far the worst i have ever seen, they are squeezing there cusstomer for anything they can, please dont do any business with them you will thank me for this advice
