Signed up for their loyal customer service. Called before to let me know he was coming, fast and efficient in servicing and even found an important issue that need to be addressed. However, I was insulted by him telling me our front steps needed to be painted because they were gray and yucky????? After forking over hundreds of dollars for service, how is commenting on what needs to be done in my home appropriate?! Not pleased with the professionalism, but they have always done great work.

Took a week and a half to get a quote. I was promised time after time that a technician would call me. Once he did, my small job of only swapping out a outside AC unit was not going to make them enough money. I even have my own freon and as I said all I wanted was one AC unit replaced by another I have sitting right next to it. To get me off their back the owner quoted me $670.00 to do the job. GET A GRIP! Sorry Mr Green that I am a disabled Vietnam Vet on a small disability check and can't afford one of your new AC units! If your a Veteran or know one then don't give this sorry greedy (you know what) your business!

We had a service contract with Green for 2 years to service our units twice a year. One unit stopped blowing cold air. We were told there was a freon leak and that the unit should be replaced. While getting estimates for a new unit, we contacted three other companies. Not only did all three companies recommend repairing the unit, ALL THREE companies remarked that neither unit looked like it had been cleaned or serviced. The unit has since been repaired (not replaced), both units serviced, and they both run great. Not only did we lose money on a service plan (where apparently nothing was done), we also lost time waiting for the technicians in their four window (if they even showed).

I was very impressed with Green Heating and Air from beginning to end. At the get go they were very thorough. After initially inspecting my HVAC they found a potentially fatal problem. The ducting that vented C02 from my hot water heater and furnace had corroded and broke in half. We have a 5 month old baby who's crib was two rooms down. To say the least we are forever grateful for that alone. After that they continued to impress. The team at Green Heating and Air cleaned every day before they left, they were courteous and well informed, and genuinely cared. My new air conditioner and furnace work great! Thank you Green!

We called Green's because they advertised free estimate with a repair service. When the tech arrived he argued with us and wanted to charge the fee and we had to call the office to get it waived. The tech also charged us for a replacement piece on our a/c unit and he NEVER returned with our new piece. 2 months later, we called the office to inquire about our replace piece only to find that it was never ordered. No phone call, nothing. Any of course they never returned our money. I spoke with a manager who did not apologize or try to correct the issue. I am still waiting to see if they will issue me a credit. Shady business. Buyer BEWARE! We will not use this company again!

Not only did we drop the ball on this one, we dropped it twice. First, our technician was not aware of the current promotion running. The office did waive the fee and printed the promotional coupon for the customer. An aftermarket part was installed as a temporary replacement, to get the cooling system operational, until we could get the factory authorized part. Second fumble - we did not order the replacement part as we should have, and we did not inform the customer of this. The fee that was charged was for the temporary part and no other fees were going to be charged since we did not have the factory authorized part available at that time, and we were able to get the system cooling. We have since removed the part and refunded all fees associated.
Green Heating and Cooling installed an AC unit in my house when it was built in 2006. The system never cooled properly for any length of time and they serviced it on multiple occasions. They added freon and eventually replaced the compressor. After the new compressor (and roughly $300 in labor for an under-warranty compressor) the unit still did not cool. The technician that recommended the compressor being replaced told me the other Green employee "is an idiot." After that, I didn't have confidence in either of these guys working on my system. I called another local Heating and Cooling company to have a look at the system and they detected a leak in the coil. I was told this is a problem that would cause freon to be low and would eventually cause a compressor to fail. I'm not sure why this was not checked by Green. I recommend using someone else.

It is unfortunate that an employee with a bad attitude would punch his co-workers and his company like this. Needless to say he is no longer an employee of ours. Due to his bad attitude our customer had to pay another company to repair a problem that may have been under warranty.
Mark came out and found a leak in the drain of our upstairs AC system. There was a nail hole in the pipe and he was able to remove the old pipe and replace it without having to remove any of our wall. Very professional and I would use them again.

I had an appt. with Greene and they never showed up and never called. After they were an hour late I called the office to find out that the person that was supposed to meet with me was sitting at his desk. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are very unreliable. I took time off of work to meet with them and had to call them to find out where they were.

Ouch!!! We really stubbed our toe on this one. We strive to deliver extraordinary customer service, but sometimes we fail. No excuses to be made, we simply let this potential customer/friend down. We know how hard it is to get time off from work (we are here 24/7) and to have that time wasted with a "no show" is unacceptable. As a company striving to be the industry leader in customer service, we will take what we learned from this and become even better at delivering the level of service that thousands of our satisfied customers/friends have come to expect.
Green Heating & Cooling installed our new heating and a/c and did an excellent job from the proposal to turning on the system. The installation team left our house exactly as they found it with all trash removed and no evidence they had even been there except for the very cool air. They don't stop there. A technician comes out after the installation to make sure the sytem is working at its optimal efficiency. I would recommend them to anyone. Be sure to ask for Gene.

Green's sold and installed a new heating & cooling system. They had maintained our old system for over 20 years. I attribute the maintenance as the reason the system lasted over 20 years. They sold and installed a new system. The installers were on time, courteous, professional, and cleaned up. The sales process was a no pressue process and they explained our many options including the energy savings, finance options, tax credits, system variations. They are incredibly professional, good value, reliable.

We had three companies give us proposals for three new heating and air systems. The prices were all comparable, but other reviews and meeting the employees convinced us to go with Green. We are happy that we did. They did an excellent job from start to finish and did everything they promised. They are friendly, personable and available to us for questions. Their employees dd a good job protecting our floors and removing all trash and debris. The follow up service has been excellent. They found and obtained rebates for us with our electric company as well as possible savings on our taxes. I would highly recommend them. Shelley and Steve G. Canton, GA.

Green's has installed a new system in a remodel and replaced an old system for me. With the replacement, they checked to see if it was under warranty (it was) and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend them to anyone.
