We had a service contract with Green for 2 years to service our units twice a year. One unit stopped blowing cold air. We were told there was a freon leak and that the unit should be replaced. While getting estimates for a new unit, we contacted three other companies. Not only did all three companies recommend repairing the unit, ALL THREE companies remarked that neither unit looked like it had been cleaned or serviced. The unit has since been repaired (not replaced), both units serviced, and they both run great. Not only did we lose money on a service plan (where apparently nothing was done), we also lost time waiting for the technicians in their four window (if they even showed).

I was very impressed with Green Heating and Air from beginning to end.

At the get go they were very thorough. After initially inspecting my HVAC they found a potentially fatal problem. The ducting that vented C02 from my hot water heater and furnace had corroded and broke in half. We have a 5 month old baby who's crib was two rooms down. To say the least we are forever grateful for that alone.

After that they continued to impress. The team at Green Heating and Air cleaned every day before they left, they were courteous and well informed, and genuinely cared.

My new air conditioner and furnace work great!

We called Green's because they advertised free estimate with a repair service. When the tech arrived he argued with us and wanted to charge the fee and we had to call the office to get it waived. The tech also charged us for a replacement piece on our a/c unit and he NEVER returned with our new piece. 2 months later, we called the office to inquire about our replace piece only to find that it was never ordered. No phone call, nothing. Any of course they never returned our money. I spoke with a manager who did not apologize or try to correct the issue. I am still waiting to see if they will issue me a credit. Shady business. Buyer BEWARE! We will not use this company again!

Green Heating and Cooling installed an AC unit in my house when it was built in 2006. The system never cooled properly for any length of time and they serviced it on multiple occasions. They added freon and eventually replaced the compressor. After the new compressor (and roughly $300 in labor for an under-warranty compressor) the unit still did not cool. The technician that recommended the compressor being replaced told me the other Green employee "is an idiot." After that, I didn't have confidence in either of these guys working on my system. I called another local Heating and Cooling company to have a look at the system and they detected a leak in the coil. I was told this is a problem that would cause freon to be low and would eventually cause a compressor to fail. I'm not sure why this was not checked by Green. I recommend using someone else.

Mark came out and found a leak in the drain of our upstairs AC system. There was a nail hole in the pipe and he was able to remove the old pipe and replace it without having to remove any of our wall. Very professional and I would use them again.
