My son and I went to Greenberg Dental office because it was closer to our home then the one we frequented. Imagine our surprise when we were told I had 4 cavities and my son had 6. Then they asked did we want to fill them that day. When we left we knew we did not have any cavities, because we just had a 6 month checkup before we changed dentists. We talked about my partial being replaced and a tooth being extracted. When I decided just to do this procedure I made an appointment. Again, imagine my surprise when the doctor said I had to have all the cavities taken care of before I could do anything else. Today, my son and I went back to our former dentist and surprise, we don't have one cavity between us. I feel Greenberg Dental is having patients believe that they have problems that don't exist. I will never go back there.

Today I visited the Greenberg Dental office, located on Dunn ave. This was my first appointment with them, which was scheduled at 10:00 am. My first issue is with the reception area. I found them to be cold and uninviting. During my daughter's visit, I was told she needed two extractions, which could be done the same day. I accepted the 2:00 pm appointment they offered, but was told to come in at 1:30 pm. After waiting for well over an hour, I was told by the dental assistant, my daughter would be seen shortly, and that the dentist was just finishing up with another patient. After another 20 minutes, I was told by the receptionist, that my daughter may not be seen, and could I reschedule. After a brief exchange of words with the receptionist, I yelled at her as she did not have all of her facts together, and had a foul attitude, and seemed as if she did not care that I had wasted my time sitting in their office. The dentist came out and objected to me yelling at HIS staff. My complaint is, if this office can not keep up with the customer traffic, then maybe there should be more dentist there, and not one dentist who spreads himself too thin, and can not keep his appointments. This was my first visit, and my last. I will be sure to spread the word of how I was poorly treated, and inconvenienced. I am a working father of 7 children, trying to juggle a hectic schedule, as well as attend to my daughter's dental needs, and I do not have time to waist sitting in your offices.
