I have been a client of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for more than thirty years. I have always experienced exceptional service, and especially when it comes to Dr. Bryant. She is a very caring person, and she truly loves what she does and it shows. I will never trust my pets with any other facility. For the comment about pricing, it's funny to think that someone would expect free services. Go ahead and call the competitors, as Dr. Bryant is also and always has been very reasonably priced. Dr. Bryant's longevity in the area, proves her trustworthiness, price competitiveness, and equity in all aspects.

We are always happy to receive such reviews with regard to the services that we provide for any client of ours. Thank you for taking the time to write us! We look forward to servicing you again in the future!
I will not be returning. I called this animal hospital about feline shots and boarding and was quoted $86-$146 for the shots based on age. The boarding is $15/day and I was asked if they should bath the cat before pickup, so I agreed but being a new customer to this facility; I was not told there was a $40 fee for bathing, which was subsequently added to the bill. They did not post any fee schedule in recption for Dog or Cat services, so be sure to request all charges up-front; so not to feel as ambushed as I was. So I was quoted one price then charge over $90+ dollars more upon retrieval of our pet. The doctor would not admit they made a mistake but instead blamed (me) customer.

I invite you to check other hospitals in the area, and you will find that when you receive a bath for your pet, you will be charged a fee for that service, and any other service that is provided. If you were uncertain of the cost, the staff is always happy to assist with those concerns and any other that you may have had. I also encourage you to do some price shopping of your own, and hereto you will find that Dr. Bryant's services are priced a very competitive rate, which coupled with her caring disposition and longevity in the area, could serve as to the reason that she has a very lucrative business. Lastly, I would like to say that since the remarks are filled with accusations that are false. This I do not condone, and will address on another level. Phyllis R. Bryant, CP, Certified Paralegal on behalf of Greenbriar Animal Hospital
They are located within 2 miles of my home. I took my dog to be boarded for a week. They did none of the tests I asked them to do on my dog. I also asked for him to be groomed and specifically asked if this included trimming his hair. I picked him up and none of the tests were done and he'd only been given a bath. I will never take my dog there again or recommend them.

I invite you to, in the future address your concerns when they arise. This will be a way of misunderstandings being eliminated. What type of dog do you have?
Greenbriar has been tending to my pets for at least 20 years. Dr. Bryant and her staff are always helpful. I live in Cobb county and her office is in the Greenbriar area. I have thought about finding another vet that is closer to me, but I know I wouldn't get the same personal service that I do from Dr. Bryant.
