Ted allowed me to tag along during the inspection and answered all my questions. I would strongly suggest buyer to write down all the questions you may have, and ask your inspector during the home inspection. Make sure to print out a hard for future home owner insurance purpose. If there is anything to be repaired, don't forget to ask your home inspector for suggestion. Good luck and enjoy your new home.

I have used Ted twice now and he has been fantastic both times. He is very detailed and understands all of the regulations and even researches the manufacturer’s recommendations. His report was delivered the same night of the inspection and was very thorough. The builder complained about a few things being “minor” and shouldn’t matter but they were all fixed. I would recommend anyone that is purchasing a home to obtain an inspection from Greystone.

I spent four hours with the inspector as he thoroughly checked the thirty year old home I wanted to purchase. I had a complete inspection including tests for mold and radon gas. As the inspector found problems with the home he suggested possible solutions and remedies for the problems. He also pointed out the problems that needed the most attention, especially those involving the safety of the home. I'm thankful I used this service as it was recommended to me by my realtor. I did not purchase this home, but I will be using this inspection service again.

Inspection was incredibly detailed and very informative. Ted did an outstanding job of walking us through everything and pointing out areas of concern. Would use again or recommend without hesitation.
