My mother needed warranty repair on her dishwasher. It needed a new pump. We had had an extremely bad experience with another service company (Atlanta Central Service) on another appliance that was not under warranty. This time with our dishwasher we had great service. They came at the time they said they would and fixed it and the service tech gave excellent customer service and was very professional. These people seem to be top notch. Would definitely use them again in the future for warranty or non-warranty repairs. Electolux/Lowe's are smart to use this company for their warranty work. They are great and don't make them look bad like other service companies.

Dan Hurst of Griffin Appliance repaired my top loading washer. He diagnosed the problem, a broken coupling, and had it resolved within 30 minutes. While at my home, he also diagnosed a problem with my electric dryer and made note of the model number so if I choose to repair instead of replace it, he'll have the part(s) on hand. The charge for the washer repair was very reasonable. It was a pleasure doing business with Griffin Appliance Company.

I delayed calling a service person when my refrigerator's icemaker broke - because I didn't want the hassle. I finally broke down, after six months of making my own ice, and called someone who advertised a $10.00 service call. They came, spent five minutes looking, then determined it would cost $450.00 to repair and would have to wait 30 days for them to receive the needed parts! (a $1300.00 refrigerator that was less than 1 1/2 years old!) I procrastinated further and finally called Griffin Appliance. Dan Hurst, the Service Technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the problems, made all repairs - AND replaced a broken oven light bulb (not part of the service call) all within 1 hour - and for less than half the price I was first quoted. (They even had all parts needed on the truck - no need to wait!) Kudos on Kudzu to Griffin Appliance and Dan Hurst!!
