Excellent, Timely, Reasonable Service!
I delayed calling a service person when my refrigerator's icemaker broke - because I didn't want the hassle. I finally broke down, after six months of making my own ice, and called someone who advertised a $10.00 service call. They came, spent five minutes looking, then determined it would cost $450.00 to repair and would have to wait 30 days for them to receive the needed parts! (a $1300.00 refrigerator that was less than 1 1/2 years old!)
I procrastinated further and finally called Griffin Appliance. Dan Hurst, the Service Technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the problems, made all repairs - AND replaced a broken oven light bulb (not part of the service call) all within 1 hour - and for less than half the price I was first quoted. (They even had all parts needed on the truck - no need to wait!) Kudos on Kudzu to Griffin Appliance and Dan Hurst!!
