Grooming Shop

I was dissappointed it the whole thing. I dropped my dog off in early morning expecting it to take a few hours a s I was told. 61/2 hours later I went to pick my do up who was in just for a bath and face trim was shaved completely bald. I confronted them about what had happend and they became extremely rude and proceded to tell me that they had to shave her because of her attitude. Then I went to pay Thy quoted me $38.00 when I dropped her off and now they decided to charge me $65.00 to get my dog back. I will never go back to that Loud dissorganized place.
