We have been going to Darcy with 1-6 dogs for about 8 years. Until lately we have always had a positive experience. On April 28, 2009 after my dog's grooming I had to take her to the vet because of two wounds on her back, and he found severe bruising or burning on her entire left side. I went to speak to Darcy about the situation, and she said that everything was fine while she personally groomed Aspen that day. No apologies! No questions regarding what the vet said! Only comment was, "I am sorry that you felt you had to take her to the vet." Now I fear for any of my loved pets, or those of anyone else going there.

I asked for my dog trimmed 1/4 in.he is a chow/golden mix. when i went to go pick him up my dog was shaved COMPLETELY.They had done a lion cut one him. in the beginning of WINTER.I spoke to the owner to try and come to a conclusion and all she wanted to do was argue instead of compromise and try and come to a solution to the problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK

As the owner of 3 long haired cats, Darcy is a savior. Instead of constantly shaving them down, she gently brushes and shampoos. Everyone returns looking and smelling great!

I love the job the groomers do for my dog at Grooming by Darcy. She always looks great and seems to like the place. My only complaint is that it always takes 4-6 hours to get her back. I hate that she has to sit there for so long before they get to her.
