Do not trust these guys!
Unbelievably bad moving experience! First, it took much longer than estimted (a one bedroom condo move to a house less than 4 miles away took all day with 3 workers).

Second, I loaned the team leader the passcard to go in and out of the condo building, and he forgot to return it to me. When I called the manager, Jesse, he said he would have it returned tomorrow, and then when it was not, denied promising to do so.

Third, they broke the leg of my breakfast table. After months, they finally sent someone to fix it, who took it and never returned it.

My advice to all of you: Run Forrest Run!!

Not Very Happy )o:3
I used Guardian Van Lines in August and I spoke to "Tom" and was given a quote and I asked "Tom" if he needed my list because I had furniture with glass and I know most companies charge more, well he told me that for a 2 man move it's $280 for three hours the movers will move all my belongings. Well moving day arrive my appt was for 8am the movers did not show up until 2pm(my truck broke down and there was no other truck available for me) I was also told that they do not use contractors to move, and guess what, Contractors showe up and told me #1 mattress and box springs are extra; #2 my glass furniture is extra as wel; #3 They couldn't accept my cashiers check. So I told them the "Tom" told me that I could pay with a cashiers check, so the driver called and spoke to god only knows who and agreed to accept the check and they begin moving me and charged me extra for each piece of glass furniture and my mattress and box spring. Well when your back is up against the wall what do you do. I called and spoke to a "supervisor" who told me that on Monday he would contact me to discuss reimbursement for my late truck and bad information given by "Tom" (who is no longer with the company). As of today, I am still waiting for a phone call. I ended up paying extra in cash and the driver told me that if I tip them (3 movers showed up) they won't charge me for my washer and dryer to move. Only 2 of the guys did all the moving the driver sat out in the truck and drank his juice.

Disappointing Customer Service
I recently had Guardian move me. I was pleased with the price but did have a problem with one major item. I have a sleep comfort bed and during the tear down or set up one of the mover cut the lining. The replacement cost for the liner is over $1,000. I contacted the company for reimbursement and have not heard back from them for over two months. The movers did not follow the directions for moving the bed that we had agreed upon prior to the move. This is the cause of the damage to the bed. Everything else about the move, price, timing, etc., was above average. But now I am stuck with replacing a $1,000 bed liner without any reimbursement from the mover for their negligence.
