Excellent doctors!
My son was taken to this location for removal of a splinter that required an incision and stitches. The doctor was very professional and the staff very friendly. They made my son very comfortable during a very uncomfortable procedure.

VERY PLEASED
All of my family have been seen by the physicians at Guilford Immediate Care. The doctors are very caring and attentive to your needs. I am glad that we have a place to go when we are sick other than the emergency room.

great doctors & nurses - not great office personal
My husband & I have been to this facility a few times and have had wonderful experiences with the staff, however, when I brought my son in on 1/11/09, the lady behind the desk was less than accomodating. She was unfriendly and did not know how my insurance copay worked. This caused my son to not be seen and I was very disappointed. My copay is only $20 and she was trying to make me pay almost $200! I contacted my insurance company and they were very surprised that this happened. I'm not sure if I'll be returning or not. No matter how wonderful a doctor is, the office staff can make or break him.
