Guinness Construction Services

We had our kitchen renovated and added a room to the house we purchased. Contacted several contractors and we decided to go with Guinness.

The most important thing for us was the prompt communication. I hate not being able to reach someone or not get a call returned after leaving messages, etc. (Sounds nonsense but it's surprising how many people cannot even do this!) Eric from Guinness was the best with it. He would always answer a call if not will return the call fast. Others not so much.

Eric was very knowledgeable but didn't talk down on me who had no idea where to begin. He understood well of what we wanted, gave us suggestions/alternatives when our choice wasn't the best. He and his crew were always professional. We're very pleased with the result.

As far as cost goes, they weren't the cheapest among the ones we contacted but around average despite the fact that they're based in Kennesaw and our house is in E Atlanta.

Eric and his team recently completed a room conversion in our house that included demo & framing, electrical, HVAC, sheet rocking, painting, carpet, as well as a few others tasks in and around the house. Eric was always quick to communicate with us, made a number of helpful suggestions on design and process, and worked hard to ensure we were fully satisfied with the end result. His team was always friendly and considerate. Overall, we're very happy with the renovation, and the process of getting it done!

Eric and his team went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure that I was delighted with my family room remodeling project. Eric took time to talk with me about what I wanted, presenting various options, and working within my budget. He was excellent about returning phone calls and communicating plans. His team showed up when they said they would. His work is of the highest quality, and the final results are outstanding. He has added tremendously to the value and enjoyment of my home. I would highly recommend Eric to my family and friends.

I contacted Guinness after reading the great reviews. I sent a quick email describing the small job I needed help with, and was pleased when I got a return phone call almost immediately. We discussed the work I needed done on my basement, and I was promised a follow up phone call and visit on Tuesday, after Monday's holiday. It has been almost two weeks, and still no return call. Either this company only works when they can rack up big bucks, or they have HORRIBLE customer service. Lucky for me, I have found another contractor, and the work begins on Monday.
Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews, and shop elsewhere.

Very good first impression..and very good last impression. Eric Adams and his team provided us with excellent customer service and were extremely flexible with our needs. And, most importantly, they finished the job when they said they would! Our project was our master bath, so I would highly recommend them for thisand, I'm sure they can tackle anything you may be considering upgrading in your home.
