After being overcharged $42 for my two Shorkies' Frontline and Sentinel meds, I asked the staff if I could have my debit card refunded.The staff argued with me, "it's only $42", and rather than accommodate my refund request quickly, the staff retorted that they could now only mail me a check for $42. It seems that a day later, the staff "didn't feel comfortable" with my debit card information being provided over the phone. I'll assume Lockwillow's customer service department, or lack thereof, has fired clients before, since the day after I complained, I received a "Client Firing" letter via certified mail stating, "we [Lockwillow] are terminating your services with us, effective immediately...so that you may arrange for veterinary services elsewhere." Moving forward, if you?re considering Lockwillow Avenue Animal Clinic in Harrisburg, PA for your veterinary services, just remember don't complain, or you too will be shopping around for a new vet-preferably, a vet with customer service.
