The crew got the job done with in the end, good quality. There were a couple of minor things from my agreement with James but not worth mentioning. The low rating on service comes because it took them close to three weeks to complete the work while they mislead me by telling me they were coming when they didn't. Overall value is better than average cost for work performed. The crew is a bunch of good guys.

James Wallace is a few steps short of a crook. I do not have enough space to enumerate my grievances, so I will try to segment it. Professionalism: 0 / 10. Did not give a formal contract. When asked for one, he sent a broken English text message. Demanded payment for different parts of the job broken up into segments before job was completed due to 'needing the money for materials really bad'. He also demanded payment for the job before he was finished due to my failing to tell him I was going out of town for the weekend. I did not oblige, and when I returned he demanded payment BEFORE finalizing the job again. He guilted me in to paying him, and I never saw him again. He also expected me to be home all day every day, as if I don't have a job. Timeliness: 2/10 He was always late except for the original "quote", which was a very hand wavy unofficial undocumented process. Told me he was "coming out tomorrow" to finish up a part of the job 3 days in a row. Took him 6 days to finally show up. Told me he was installing the gutters on a Thursday, did it Saturday. He was scheduled to come out at 8:30 am to review the job and fix the soffit that he did a terrible job on. Demanded payment the night before, called me at 10am when he "just woke up", and never showed up again. Quality of work: Can't say now, time will tell. Seems to be decent though. Price: Cheaper than the other people I talked to, but not worth the hassle of dealing with him.

He came to our house offering to clean the gutters. While he was there he found issues with our roof and siding which I agreed to pay $900 to have fixed. He was hit or miss about showing up for several days (truck broke down, family member in hospital, etc.) and he finally showed up at dusk to "finish" the job. He and his guys finished in the dark and demanded payment. He promised to come back out the next day to clean up and walk me through the work he had done. Never showed. Work was shoddy - siding unpainted/uncaulked, etc. He snuck back into our yard to pick up an air compressor he had left, but that was all. Our neighbor across the street had a similarly bad experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

I was painting the interior of my house and hired them to paint my exterior trim and replace the gutters. Upon completion they took about 150$ worth of my equipment with them. I called and confronted them about the issue, they said they would return it the next day. It has been 3 months and now they have disconnected the phone number I have for them. They were fine up to that point, but I cannot overlook this issue.
