Shady Sales Practices
Salesman,Tom,immediately began asking questions about things that did not have to do with any items that they sold. We informed Tom wanted gutters only. He said he would measure and then “come in”.He asked my husband if he could use the bathroom, my husband said no(but he really wanted to get in our house). He told my husband that I NEEDED to come outside, my husband said that I couldn’t.“Tom” called his supervisor (Joe Stinger) and told my husband that “this was procedure”, told his boss that I would not come out and talk to him,his “boss” allegedly said that they should not waste any time on us. Do NOT do business with Dixie Home Crafters or GutterGuardian. They will PUSH to get into your house and insult you if they can't.
