Gwinnett Area Plumbers

I made an appointment Monday for a plumber to come Tuesday afternoon to repair my broken toilet. I scheduled time off work to be there for the 12-2pm arrival time window. I waited until shortly before 3, then called them back. I left a message with the dispatcher, but it wasn't until almost 4 that the plumber called. He said he forgot to write down the appointment and forgot about it. He offered to come, but I cancelled the request.

We have used Gwinnett Area Plumbing on several occasions and always received prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service. We would highly recommend this business for all you plumbing needs.

I had a difficult problem with my water supply line. David worked to solve the problem economically for me. The final job is an improvement over what I had before. The crew was very professional at all times. This plumber will treat you right. Excellent job!

It was good, solid work. Saved me $500 compared to another plumbers quote. I called on a Sunday & he came over in a few hours, finished a difficult job, and cleaned up when he left.

I called to schedule an appointment, and they actually came out the same day! My plumber was extremely professional as he looked at the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He started the job and figured out that it was going to be significantly more work than he originally thought. I understood and asked for a new estimate. My plumber refused to give me another estimate and completed the job for the original estimate. I tried to pay more, and they refused.

The work was done well, done quickly, and done for a great price. Great company!
