My pregnant wife and I went in on Sunday Aug 4 in the afternoon to test drive and probably buy the new Q7. The receptionist(use this term loosely) asked me to sign in. We waited 30 minutes and not one person asked us if we needed anything. Everyone just kept walking by us. My wife and I both asked the receptionist if we were going to be helped soon and she asked us both times if we had signed in? Both times the answer was yes. After walking the lot by ourselves for another 15 minutes I went in and asked her one more time. She did not ask a manager or sales person to help us or find out when we could expect some help. She didnt get up off her seat. Ill spend my $60k somewhere else. I WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER POOR REVIEWS ON YELP BEFORE WASTING MY TIME! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED $ SOMWHERE ELSE. DONT BUY HERE.

So I went in looking for an A$/S4 and at first the sales person, Dwayne, was extremely helpful. I told them I need to think about it and woudl return. I came back a week later and they arranged a test drive of the car I was interested in. The dealership was swamped. So when I was looking for my sales perosn he ws out with another customer, so I waited. Eventually I left and told them to have the sales perosn call me when they returned. I texted the sales person to get me numbers on the car and nothing. Several more conversations still no numbers. Eventually I went to dealership GM and he promised personal response next day, well 48 hours later and nothing so I moved on to a competitor and will never deal with Rick Case Automotive group again!

Minerva was extremely professional and paid special attention to our concerns and needs regarding a new vehicle purchase. I would refer friends and family to Minerva when purchasing an Audi.
