This was not the best car buying experience. It took several weeks to get things right and my wife was at her wits end. The communication was poor on missing items when we bought the car. Curtis, Ramon (both in Used Cars) and Kam in the service department all were very helpful. My first response was 1 star but after today I say 3 stars. I'm not a fully satisfied/happy or loyal customer but am no longer an unhappy one.

We were in the market for a new car and saw that they had what we wanted online for a great deal. We contacted Rodney and Leo and arranged for the paperwork to be sent to us since we live out of state. Long story short, the paperwork came and the price listed was no where near what we saw on line. By then, of course, the car had been removed from the website and there was no proof so they said they said they wouldn't honor the original price and insinuated that we were lying to get a better deal. Look at the other reviews, folks. Seems the same story keeps repeating itself. I'll never deal with them again.

WORST HONDA DEALERSHIP in the Metro Atlanta area. These are the very people who give car dealers the sleazy reputation always joked about. BAIT & SWITCH is their specialty. Quite simply - We made contact through HONDA.COM - no question what vehicle we wanted with options/accessories all spelled out. After email correspondence (with CHAD M. & DENNIS H), got a drive out price from them, only to find out later that they never that model with those options in the color specified -- NOR did they have any intention of selling that model with the options they quoted at the price given to us. LIARS! They just wanted us to come in and then sell us a car with lesser options for a higher price. A BAIT & SWITCH classic. Do yourself a favor, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME! TOTAL SLEAZE-BALLS. The only reason they rate a one star on the Kudzu scale is b/c you can't get away with rating a zero on the scale. These guys are skilled masters of BS.

My wife and I went in just to test drive a vehicle we had seen while driving by. We drove it then that's when the nightmare started. They push, push , and push some more to close the deal that minute, just like time share sales. At least I got free tickets for Disney out of the time share experience. I only got a headache out of Gwinnett Place Honda.

I had a honda transmission replaced on 05/26/2010 for $3500.00. The transmission stopped worked on 12/03/2010. I contacted Honda and they had my car towed to their service center. They replaced the transmission, but now they list that my drive shaft is bad. Now before the transmission was replaced there was never anything about the drive shaft needing to be replaced. When I drove from there I heard a very slight noise under the hood. I went back twice to get the adviser to ride with me but he could never hear the noise. 02/05/2011 the driveshaft broke while I was enroute home from work. The metal to metal sound became so great that I had to stop my car in the middle of the road for fear my engine, etc...may be falling out. I had to towed to honda & the driveshaft was broken. I ask how could I have broken it? I believe something happened when they dismounted the transmission twice, because that is where the driveshaft was broken @. They advised me that the age of the driveshaft caused it to break. I am not accusing them, it is just rather strange that it broke where they had to dismount the transmission twice. I then Had to pay $1176.15 for that repair. All b4 this thay had always done good service.

I was assured by the Internet salesman that he would beat my current deal with another Honda dealership. I gave him the numbers/quotes (via phone) and he came back with an incredible quote that was $50 lower than what I was offered at the other dealership. Long story short, when I arrived at the dealership (after driving 50 + miles), I waited around for over an hour with my child, just to be told that the deal couldn't be done after all. It would have been considerate of Chad to have actually compute the numbers that I gave him (via email AND phone), prior to the commute, instead of misleading me in order to get me to the dealership. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I wasted my time and gas money!

Tim Kettler guided us through the process of buying our Honda Odyssey. He was very professional, patient, and informative. He did not harrass us. This was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. Thanks to Tim, Gwinnette Place Honda has a customer for life.

We bought a car today and it was the best experience we have had at a dealership. We negotiated our deal with the Internet sales team before we went out, even the trade value for our old car. When we got there they told us we could pick the color, interior, etc. and they kept their word on the deal we had made. They did not change anything when we got there. We were there less than two hours total and drove out in our new car. I would highly recommend purchasing there and contacted their Internet sales department first. Email or ask to see Vu or Kristian.
