I took a stereo in for warranty repair in late November, and had to constantly poke and prod the staff to get any results. After a month, they said the system was fixed, but it wasn't. Finally, I had to involve the very helpful warranty staff at the manufacturer and got a replacement. I hate not to recommend this store, because I prefer to shop at locally owned independent establishments, but in this case, I'd at least be very, very wary if service after the sale is important to you.
