When I first decided to sign up for Fit Body Boot Camp Elkins Park, it was because I wanted to tackle issues that I had with my weight and toning my body. Before starting Boot Camp, I was in generally good health, but felt lethargic, and lacked strength to live an active lifestyle.\r After three months at Fit Body Boot Camp, I am definitely stronger, my clothes fit better, I am more toned than before, and I have a lot more stamina.
