H&A international did a great job of repairing my ring, which I bought year ago from another store. Great attitude!
I took my fiancee(now wife) to H&A to pick a setting, and I came back to speak with the staff regarding customization, sizes and price. H&A went that extra mile to make sure my wife had exactly what... she (and I) wanted and their prices were surprisingly low. I could not be happier with the engagement ring and wedding band for my wife; she smiles everyday when she puts them on. I have been a loyal customer ever since and have made ALL of my jewelry purchases at H&A. If you are going to buy jewelry, go to H&A. The quality of their products and reasonable prices can't be beat. Thank you H&A, thank you , thank you, thank you!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I was recommended to come to H & A by a friend, but unfortunately my girlfriend and I did not have a great experience. We had visited a handful of places before coming here hoping it was our last stop. The impression from the salesman seemed as though he didn't care about us. We told him a few things we were looking for and my girlfriend was having a hard time deciding what she wanted, like any woman would do trying to decide on an expensive piece of jewelry that she'd be wearing the rest of her life. The salesman wasn't patient at all and pressured her into making a decision. He got angry at her and let it show. When her phone rang for work he said rudely ""why don't you take that phone call."" When she returned he also returned with a diamond. At this point, we were both uncomfortable being there. He didn't tell us the price of the diamond and when we asked about the spec's he said they weren't important. We also asked for a loupe and he didn't let us use one. This made us think we shouldn't do business with a place like this. We wanted to work with a jeweler who's honest and show us the spec's and not try to use sales tactics and to treat us respectfully. We DO NOT recommend this place and will continue shopping elsewhere.

shhhhhhh.... don't tell everyone, but this is THE place to buy jewelry. This unassuming store front is a sleeper in the market with the highest quality and lowest prices. \r\rThe staff at H&A is knowledgable and passionate about what they do. This is the only place I will ever buy jewelry. \r\rSince my first purchase at H&A, I have been a returing customer. My wife falls back in love after each H&A gift I bring her. \r\rI may shop around for groceries and lawn equipment, but when it comes to jewelry, its H&A or ""no way"".\r
At the suggestions by many, many friends who had shopped there before I decided to go to H&A to shop for my engagement ring. I had been online to do some research and to see what the prices were for what I was looking for (a 2ct Round Ideal Cut) and prices were all over. Then I started shopping around town at the other so called wholesalers. Their prices were not that great. Then I got referred to H&A and I am so glad I did. I found exactly what I wanted at the very best price I had found. The salesperson was nice and listened and took the time to explain to me different options instead of just trying to sell me something. I even got a chance to meet the owner Haim Haviv while I was there. I had heard him on the radio before and it was neat to meet him. How many places can you go these days and actually talk to the owner? After I picked it out I had explained that I was hoping to give my fiance the ring that night but I understood if I couldn't because the diamond had to be put in the ring and the ring had to be sized. The salesperson told me it was not a problem and after I signed the paperwork I left to get lunch and got

When I came here to write a review about my experience at H&A and saw what some of these people wrote. I have a feeling that these people writing reviews are just miserable people and probably complain about anything to try and get something free. Then when they don't get it they do things like write bad reviews. At the suggestions by many, many friends who had shopped there before I decided to go to H&A to shop for my engagement ring. It was perfect and when I gave it to my fiance that night she just cried and told me how incredible the ring was. She gets compliments on it all the time and they always ask where we got it and I tell them ""H&A""Don't think twice about choosing H&A as your jeweler!!

I have been a customer of H&A for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed. Quality is remarkable and the prices are unbeatable. I have purchased both large and small ticket items.\r\rWhere else can you go consistently pay 20-25% off Retail prices on the best (or most fashionable) designer jewelry and watches in the market today. I have purchased large diamonds (2-3ct and larger), expensive watches (not sure I can mention the names) and they are consistently the best price.\r\rAll my transactions have been virtually pain free, smooth and effortless. While some may have a different experience, H&A must be doing something right, their showroom is ALWAYS busy when I stop in.
Granted, they have beautiful pieces here and reasonably priced but not worth the HORRIFIC service. Note, I think a review is worth a million and a poor one is even worth more to save me from a future headache. If you don't care that they send you out of the store with your newly sized ring MISSING diamonds..then go here! If you do not care about diamonds falling out of your band...go here! If you don't care about getting your rings in time for the wedding...go here!! How mortifying for my fiance by the way and annoying for me based on their minimal hours, no weekend hours, and location! We looked everywhere else under the sun to even pay more money to have my band created somewhere else but just could not find a match. So reluctantly, we went back to order my wedding band. We ordered the ring months in advance knowing that it would have to be made. It came in and I went to go look at it and to have it sized before the wedding. Thankfully we had six weeks before we got married because the band was not even the same width around and lopsided looking. The REAL kicker though was when I looked closely at the pave diamonds in the band and SIX diamonds were missing!!! Are you kidding me?!? Fail, for not even looking at the band before having me come all the way out there. My fiance then had to call two weeks before our wedding to inquire on the where the band was...we were informed at that time that the band was going to arrive the Monday AFTER our wedding.

I bought my wife engagement ring here 3 years ago. It has been falling apart, diamonds falling out, ring mis-shapen. I sent it in to them to look at it, since the wedding band we had custom made to go with this ring show ZERO ware it seems odd to me how terrible this 3 year old ring looks. They told me my marketing executive wife is ""hard on her jewelry"" and we would have to pay to have the setting replaced. Then they sent the ring without my approval to the manufacturer to be repaired (not replaced). That was 3 weeks ago and I cannot get a straight answer out of them as to 1. when the ring will be re-set and 2. whether they or the manufacturer have any intention of standing behind their product. I have to call them everyday to which they tell me they are waiting on a call back from someone. They refuse to give me the contact information at the manufacturer and never call me back. I'm getting ready to call a lawyer.
I bought an estate engagement ring from an Internet estate jeweler and took it to H & A for appraisal. I only had a very short time frame to return the ring if it didn't meet my (fiancee's) expectations. One of the owners (Haim Habib?) led me to believe the ring was worth much less than I paid for it, and would only appraise it for about 90% of what I paid. This was quite an expensive ring and it just made me sick to my stomach after the extensive search to find her the perfect ring. They subsequently offered to make me an identical ring since it appeared I would be returning the ring. I followed up this appraisal with multiple others, all of which came in much higher than what I payed for the ring. From my experience, they are either dishonest or clueless, or maybe both. It's also interesting that 3 different employees at the store each estimated the ring's age with confidence, but wildly different.
This jeweler was recommended by my insurer because they had a special rate for appraisals for policyholders. First, I never should have used the insurer that will be insuring the items as a resource. Secondly, I had prior appraisals on a number of the items and some had been bought recently. All of the values were severly below the previous appraisal values. They charged $20 an item for each appraisal and did it in about 20 minutes. I wish I had taken in the prior appraisal documents, but never would have thought that there would be so much discrepancy.

Ten years ago my wife cracked her engagement ring and State Farm Insurance recommended we go to H&A to replace her diamond in Dunwoody, GA. This is how I found them. This is the best place to buy a diamond ring. Great selection of rings, bracelots, watches, ear rings........etc...Buy any diamond and have it appraised and you will see that you have saved over 30%. Top quality choices. A true dealer. Not open weekends during non festive holidays. Open weekends Saturdays till 4 pm from Thanksgiving to Christmas. The best selection and easily the best price. Delays in sizing and or repairs is because they are so good and so very busy. Most of all the other sellers buy from these guys. Today Saturday the 15th of December 2007 I bought my wife a second eternal ring. She is so pleased. I read the other comments and I'm sure from time to time the owner is out of town. Who isn't. I have always peeked into his office and said hello. have everytime and he has always greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I would go anywhere and look thru the little eye glass thingy and then write down size, color and price then and only then go and visit H&A and compare it all. I promise you you will be surprised at the savings and much better quality. This store is where the other sellers buy them so I suggest you give them a try. Good luck and happy holidays. \r
i bought my fiance's wedding ring here and while i was able to get a great price on it, some things were fishy about the place. when you talk with one salesperson, they will tell you something different than another salesperson. one salesperson offered me a ring at $860, and when i came back to buy it i was told it would be $2000, and the other salesperson was simply "wrong". it's a little disconcerting to know you could buy a ring and it could have been sold by the "wrong" salesperson for half of that.
My fiance bought my engagement ring from H&A International Jewelry. When we first walked in, we were greeted very warmly and the sales rep. took all the time for us to look. I didn't really know what I wanted for an engagement ring but all the advice from the sales rep. was great, they really new what would stand up to the test of time. I couldn't believe how many loose stones they actually have. My fiance and I had been to so many places here in Atlanta and no one had that many stones that were by GIA. I worked a little in the jewelry industry and know about the different labs and prices, and I have to say they were the best. The other people who reviewed H&A let me tell you I have no idea what they are talking about, my experience was no where like that, much the opposite. So don't go Soloman or Shane or even the Mart, go to H&A!
I bought an engagement ring from this guy, and at reasonable price. My fiance was killed in an accident one week later. Several weeks after we buried her, i went back to see this guy, and asked him if he would return my money. He did, for .25 on the dollar. What a scam artist. Be careful with this guy, he smiles and takes your money, with little compassion. I am surprised that John Smoltz the Atlanta Braves pitcher does commercials for this dope. My advice is he doesnt have the lowest price, and has mid range prices, with average customer service...............and zero for a heart.
