Well seeing that as of 2010 H & L has had a third driver nominated as ""Driver of the Year"" in the state of California, ""Small Business of the Year"" in the state of California and a ""Vision Award"" recognized Nationally for there Clean Air Fleet, and exemplary Business and Safety standards , I can see why someone would write a bad review( @scoobysteven who has targeted many small businesses). H & L's safety records can be publically viewed and I invite anyone to view the gallery of photos to see our vintage equipment and stinky drivers \rwritten by a Proud employee...

The bus our group chartered was vintage, and seats were not too comfortable, and when I contacted the company's ""Safety"" individual, 3 times, to convey my point, she did not even pay me the courtesy of a reply. I'll never use em again, and I'm highly suspicious of the other two posted 5 star reviews. I'd bet they were written by the companys employees. Buyer beware.
