They were very eager to take my money to build the fence. When the fence started falling apart 5 months later, they were unresponsive to my phone calls. After calling about ten times in a row, someone accidentally answered the phone. They claimed they didn't have any of my messages (I left one every day for a week). They agreed to send someone out to fix the damages. They stood me up and didn't call. I repeated the process of repeated unreturned calls and messages, made another repair appt and was stood up again. No call. They clearly do not want to back up their warranty, and I have never been treated this bad by a company. They have never called me back or called about their standing me up twice. I made a big mistake trusting these guys. I have since made a claim to the Better Business Bureau. H & W Fence wouldn't respond to them either. Avoid these guys, they make a lot of promises but they are crooks.
