Best Boot Camp in town!, 5/27/2011

H.E.A.T. Boot Camp completely changed my life. Since joining over a year ago, I have lost over 50 pounds and witnessed a transformation in my body that I never thought possible. When I first started... I could barely run a mile and thought weight lifting was code for torture. Now I love going for long runs and I actually look forward to my weight training! The workouts in camp change constantly and remain challenging even a year later. Cody Butler is the best trainer I have worked with. He has been my life coach and support system since starting. Cody focuses on helping each camper become the best healthy version of themselves, inspiring and motivating us everyday. He has helped me reclaim control over my health and really grow as a person. I cannot imagine my life without these camps! Everyone I have encouraged to go is still there and loves it. No matter where you are on your journey, I highly recommend giving Cody a call and checking out H.E.A.T. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I know you will not be disappointed!
