HT Installation

Hubert installed all new doors throughout our house. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was even flexible when we had to change our start date. He did an excellent job, was careful with everything and cleaned up after himself. When he ran into some structural issues with our door frames, he went out of his way to fix the issues and never asked for more money than he quoted. His prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. Working with him was one of the very few positive home repair or improvement experiences I've ever had. I only wish he did everything, we'd never hire anyone else to work on our home!

Mr. Thompson (Hubert ;-) is the type of professional craftsman who takes a personal pride in his work, and will make the extra effort to ensure that not only is the job done right, but that it also is done to the customer's complete satisfaction. He is a totally honest and dependable gentleman, who is so forthright that he will discuss your maintenance issues in such a frank manner as to even include options that could significantly reduce his compensation (albeit you understand the trade-offs involved.) We have greatly appreciated all the work HT Installation has performed for us - especially the construction of a major addition to our backyard deck/jacuzzi, and we are most enthusiastic in our recommending him to anyone who has need of his exceptional services.

Mr Thompson is a true craftsman!We could not be more pleased. He installed a new front door for us. He spent a lot of time giving us advice and was very pleasant to work with. The door looks and functions great! We will definitely have him work with us again on future projects.

Mr. Thompson is very honest and dependable and knows his business well. He has given us reliable advice and dependable services. He has even brought problems to our attention that we were not aware of with our front entry. He is very meticulous about his work - I would even go so far as to say a perfectionist. I have had other craftsmen in my home who have remarked about the fine quality of a repair that HT Installation has done, and that has added to my confidence in a day and age when quality is so often poor and you don't get what you pay for. You don't have to worry about that with this company. They have integrity and skills to back it up.

I called HT Installation after our exterior house door and frame was broken after an attempted break in. He quickly arrived and constructed a temporary barrier to deter further break ins until the door was replaced. He soon installed the new door of our choice with new frame, providing excellent workmanship, caulking and sealing all cracks. On another occasion he replaced rotted wood around two of our exterior windows and caulked and sealed them. The windows now look wonderful. He is very particular about the quality of his work. He is very courteous and respectful. I am very pleased with HT Installation and will use again in the near future.
