Habpro Overhead Garage Door Specialist

I've hired Habpro for general maintenance on my garage door as well as replacing torsion springs. Work was well communicated and finished in a comfortable timeframe. The team overall demonstrates good customer service, from the person fielding the call to the person performing the work.

I dont give 5 stars until I have used a service a few times. This was my first use of Habpro. Came home to find a broken garage door spring on a Friday night. I called and left a voice mail around 7pm and received a return call within 45 minutes. I asked if they could come on Saturday since I had a car stuck inside the garage. They indicated yes and would call around 8:30am Saturday with a time. They did everything they promised, called ahead, showed up on time and did the work for about the price they thought from my description.

Shopped around for the best price and found a GREAT company. I would recommend to ANYONE. We had a problem with a broken Torsion Spring, Sometimes a bargin price means a cheaper less Company. Not here. Me and my Wife check refrences and found what others were raving about. They showed up ontime and Jay had it fixed in less than 30 mins.

Had issue with my garage door opener not working, and they quickly came out, and adjusted my door and opener (that was not installed correctly by my builder)

Did not need a new opener, just a tuneup by HabPro. Save me the expense of a new opener Would highly recommend!

The spring on our garage door broke upon closing late one evening, and our car was trapped inside Found Habpro on Kudzu, and after reading several good reviews I gave them a call. Within an hour I received a returned call saying that a technician would be at our home around 10:30am the next morning.

As promised, the tech arrived after calling to say he was on his way (which I appreciated), and when he entered our home he immediately went to work in very cramped quarters.

The spring was replaced, and the job was successfully completed in approximately an hour.

I didn't compare prices with another company, but did not consider the cost out of line considering we had no other choice to get our car out of the garage.

Overall, we were very pleased with the customer service from beginning to end, and will definitely recommend Habpro to our friends, family and neighbors.
