This is by far the worst run doctor's office that I have ever experienced. I did not even know that you could run a business in this fashion and still be in business. I made an appointment and realized that I had a conflict so I called back less than 5 minutes after I made the appointment and changed it. Apparently this time was never changed in their system and they called to say that I had missed my appointment and that I owed them $75....WAY more than my $20 co-pay. They basically called me a liar and have refused to drop the charge. This was NOT my fault and it is an awful feeling being bullied into paying a charge that should of never been charged to the customer.

This is the worst Dr's office I have ever gone to. Although Dr. Alexander is pleasant, there is no confidence in any diagnosis given to me and his answer was always a cortisone shot that did nothing for the hives that I was eventually diagnosed with. His "rushed" biopsy took 7 days, the nurse wouldn't call me back to give me a status on when I might receive the results and I basically had to stalk them until they finally relented on giving me a call. During this call, I was then told that I should go to my PCP for further treatment. I called my doctor to get an appointment and then called this office back and when I asked them to fax over my lab results to my primary doctor, I was told that they would would be faxed by the next morning before my appointment. Because I have no trust in them, I asked if I could just pick them up before close of business, and was then told that two hours was not enough time for them to pull my file for me to pick it up and I was assured again that I they would be faxed. Are you kidding me? You need more than two hours to pull my file? That's the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard. Of course, when I went to my primary doctor in the morning, there was no fax and four days later, we are still waiting. Please, save yourself the frustration and avoid this office.

I am also very unhappy with Dr. Casey. First of all I was waiting about 55 min. to see him. Good enough reason not to ever come back. Any ways, I had a little bump on my wrist (Dermatofibroma) that bothered me a lot. Dr. Casey removed it quickly with a sharp object, similar to a razor. Basically, he shaved it off. He did not give me anything to apply on the wound, except some samples of lotions. The wound was not healing well at all and now I have a small scar that looks really bad. He never told me that there was a different method to remove the bump. I could sense that he was on a hurry to see his other patients. I saw him for about 5 minutes total. When on vacations in Europe I talked to a doctor from Eastern Europe who told me that the "shaving method" which Dr. Casey used was abandoned in Europe decades ago!! He was very surprised that our doctors still use it. There are plenty of doctors around. Do your research and avoid Dr. Casey's practice. Look for doctors who will listen to you and take their time to come up with the best solution for you, not those who overbook and think only about money.

Very unhappy with Dr. Casey in this practice. I went to him for cosmetic purpose and body scan. Showed him a growth under my eye. He told me nothing to be concerned with. Told me he would not remove it. I just went to a new dermatologist who in turn took it off and then sent it out for biopsy and I just received a call that it was a basil cell carcinoma. Dr. Casey was seen 10 months ago. This could of been removed and should have been picked up on. Now I am left with the worry of this having had 10 months to grow. Kudzu is an important site for referrals. Make sure that when you have a major concern see the correct Dr. who isn't only interested in selling cosmetic solutions.
